My Trial By Erosion Of Words

During extra innings, I would put on my rally cap the way that the team did (pictured here).

Some old guy at the bar I was watching the game at turned to me and said, “Put your hat on right.”

I promptly turned to him and said, “Fuck you.” I may have said some other things that were worse, but I won’t post them here.

I may have been a bit wound up. And drunk. Definitely drunk.

I’ll apologize next time I see him.

Maybe.

And yes, I realize what I just typed totally goes against my whole cleaning up my social media post. Don’t care. Don’t bother me about my hat and I won’t throw around such strong words.
